Requisition Number: 26287 Company: Mangiarotti SpA Location: Monfalcone, IT About the Role As a Component Delivery Manager (CDM) at the Specialist level, you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (Sr CDM) on project lifecycle such as estimation and execution to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals, following Company Project & Quality Procedures. You will manage the project team to achieve monthly goals set by the Senior Project Manager and your department. You will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone (Italy). The role requires 100% onsite presence. Main ResponsibilitiesManage the Project Team, focusing Safety, Quality, Costs and OTD. Support the Sr CDM, leading the project team to complete the project and achieve the strategy for profitable execution. Control and manage project costs, risk and opportunities. Support Sr CDM on estimations before order acquisition and control project costs ensuring completion within assigned budget. Monitor and expedite daily/monthly project progress, meeting the goals set by Sr CDM. Monitor contingencies based on assessed risks and opportunities prepared with Sr CDM. Support Sr CDM to assess scope changes according to Company Project Procedures, ensuring cost and schedule impacts are recognized. Control and manage the project schedule. Develop and control the project schedule daily/monthly to ensure forecasted progress, gathering inputs with Planner support, managing planning, float, and resource loads.QualificationsBachelor's degree graduate from any major, including Engineering. 2 to 4 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment. Fluency in English at B1 (intermediate) level. Experience making decisions and working in a technical environment. Motivated to obtain results.BenefitsAttractive remuneration.
