Service Specialist – MedtronicWe are seeking a part-time, remote Service Specialist to support our Service & Repair operations and work closely with marketing, sales, and tender office teams. English fluency is required.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and regularly update tools and resources for Service & Repair (S&R, Salesforce, Service Tool)Prepare offers and manage documentation/contracts using Salesforce Lightning and ClassicTrack maintenance schedules and repairs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficientlySeek marketing insights to identify and pursue opportunities for S&R business growth, focusing on increasing attach rates of Service Contracts and promoting service offerings through financial proposalsUse strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills for data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operations and to create new tools/solutions for sustaining Service Product lineCollaborate closely with the tender office, field sales force, and Western Europe Inside Sales teamSupport business operations, including preparation of letters of discontinuation / BOKeep marketing tools updated and assist with event and congress organizationRequired Knowledge and ExperienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suiteStrong organizational and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesFluent in English (spoken and written)Experience working with Salesforce (Lightning and Classic), proven experience in Service & Repair operations or product/service support, and prior involvement in cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and the Tender OfficePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
