You will lead end‑to‑end sourcing, negotiate MSAs/SOWs/amendments, manage supplier performance, and partner with Engineering/IT/PS stakeholders to deliver cost, risk awareness, and speed‑to‑value.Job RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end sourcing for tech services categories (RFx/RFQ/RFP), including project planning, supplier outreach, bid analysis, and award recommendations.Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, amendments; align with legal playbooks and contract risk awareness/escalation practices.Benchmark pricing and rate cards; run negotiations and reverse auctions to drive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements.Partner with IT, Engineering, Tech Services, Finance, and Legal to align sourcing with roadmaps and program objectives.Maintain contracting and SRM databases; ensure accurate metadata, milestone tracking, and reporting.Monitor supplier performance against SLAs/KSOs; drive remediation plans and continuous improvement.Support Guided Buying and intake orchestration; promote compliant
