Ricerchiamo per azienda cliente operante nel settore Logistico un:La risorsa, esperta di Sistemi Informativi per la Logistica Contrattuale, opererà presso la sede del nuovo magazzino completamente automatizzato situato a Mantova, che, con oltre 130.000 metri quadrati, rappresenterà un esempio senza pari di eccellenza e innovazione nelle operazioni tecnologiche automatizzate. Lavorando come parte del team di Gestione dei Sistemi, la risorsa si occuperà della manutenzione della documentazione del WMS, guiderà e formerà il personale locale sull'uso corretto dei sistemi e svolgerà attività di miglioramento continuo e manutenzione relative ai sistemi informativi locali.Responsabilità e attività Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti funzionali da clienti esterni ed interniSupervisionare e monitorare il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi informativi ed eseguire costanti attività di manutenzione dei Sistemi Informativi locali, concentrandosi principalmente sul WMS di Blue YonderCreare e aggiornare la documentazione dei processi e dei sistemi implementati e configuratiProgettare e implementare integrazioni tra gli ERP dei clienti e altri sistemi per soddisfare le esigenze aziendali e garantire un flusso efficiente delle merciFornire formazione agli utenti per supportare l'apprendimento dei sistemi informativi e consentire a stakeholder interni di essere indipendenti nell'uso degli strumentiCondurre attività di miglioramento continuo relative ai WMS locali e ad altri strumenti dei sistemi informativi per massimizzare l'efficacia degli strumenti informatici, risolvere problemi attuali e prevenire potenziali problemi, e facilitare/accelerare il flusso delle merciFornire specifiche dei Requisiti Funzionali agli sviluppatori relative alle nuove funzionalità richieste dal WMSProfilo ideale 2-5 anni di esperienza in una società di logistica terziarizzata (3PL), dedicata alle implementazioni di WMSEsperienza comprovata nell'ambito di progetti in ambito sistemi informativi, integrazione softwareConoscenza approfondita e comprensione dei sistemi informativi come ERP e WMS applicati in ambienti operativi come magazzini o fabbriche di produzioneEsperienza in ambienti di lavoro orientati alle metriche e basati sull'analisi dei dati, caratterizzati dal rispetto di SLA e scadenze rigorosi, e capacità di dare priorità a problemi e compiti utilizzando sistemi di ticketingLuogo di lavoro: Mantova#J-18808-Ljbffr
