LA POSIZIONE Per il nostro negozio di ROMA - CC CASETTA MATTEI , in ottica di potenziamento del team, siamo alla ricerca di un Vice Referente di Punto Vendita (Shift Leader), figura di riferimento che supporta il Referente in tutte le attività di massimizzazione delle vendite e nella gestione del punto vendita. Il Vice Referente di Punto Vendita (Shift Leader) , ambasciatore dei valori aziendali, ha le seguenti responsabilità: Cura l’esposizione della merce; assiste i clienti; collabora alla gestione e monitoraggio dei principali indicatori aziendali; supporta l’organizzazione del lavoro dei colleghi e la loro pianificazione oraria; si adopera e sensibilizza il team verso una corretta esecuzione delle procedure; collabora con il Referente di Punto Vendita nella preparazione dell’inventario, nella gestione del magazzino, della cassa e delle relative operazioni, supervisionando il mantenimento degli standard di sicurezza e pulizia dello Store. LE CARATTERISTICHE CHE RICERCHIAMO I requisiti richiesti sono: Livello di istruzione minima: diploma di scuola secondaria o qualifica professionale; Esperienza di almeno 1 anno come Vice Referente di Negozio/ Shift Leader/ Team Leader nel mondo del retail o della GDO; Forte orientamento al cliente: per noi il cliente è la persona più importante e deve sempre essere soddisfatto; Grande attitudine al lavoro in squadra: il team sarà la tua risorsa fondamentale; Capacità organizzative e relazionali; Determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi e orientamento al risultato; Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare la suite office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint); Completano il profilo proattività, flessibilità ed entusiasmo COSA OFFRIAMO Un percorso di formazione strutturato e completo; Un team giovane, aperto e orientato alla crescita, pronto ad accogliere nuovi spunti di pensiero e nuove idee; Un’area social dotata di vari servizi per passare una pausa pranzo confortevole; Uno sconto sulla nostra merce riservato esclusivamente ai dipendenti; Opportunità di crescita fondate sui meriti individuali.
