Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Consulting Engineer IV / High Touch Engineer (HTE) to deliver, optimize, and support Cisco enterprise networking solutions for strategic customers. This role sits within a professional services environment and requires strong hands‑on expertise, customer engagement skills, and leadership in complex network deployments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize Cisco networking solutions across enterprise customer environments. Deliver High Touch services including network architecture, implementation, and optimization. Translate business and technical requirements into High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD / LLD) . Lead technical delivery activities and act as an escalation point for complex network issues. Perform advanced L2 / L3 troubleshooting prior to engaging Cisco TAC. Support pre‑sales and solution validation activities alongside sales teams. Collaborate with Cisco
