Unipersonale As a Program Purchasing Specialist you would oversee the procurement activities associated with specific corporate programs or projects, ensuring that all required components and materials are acquired in accordance with established timelines, budgetary constraints, and technical specifications, and that all sourcing processes remain fully compliant with applicable internal policies and external regulations. What you could expect as a Program Purchasing Specialist: Support the Commodity team in identifying the most suitable sourcing options Support the plant organization in the procurement of materials by comparing offers, delivery terms, quantities, quality, and prices Maintain communication with internal departments to understand their needs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure satisfaction Work with the Engineering Department and suppliers to assess the feasibility of new products or projects Manage non-conformities from both an economic and production standpoint Support the Commodity and SQE teams in evaluating the adequacy of new suppliers in terms of quality and production capability for specific products (competence, equipment, through visits, audits, or prior knowledge) Assess issues related to specific commodities at plant level by discussing and analyzing defined performance indicators Agree on improvement actions to address potential issues Subsequently monitor the effectiveness of the implemented actions What we expect from you as a Program Purchasing Specialist: Degree in technical, economic, or management-related fields At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment Product knowledge and General knowledge of supply chain processes Negotiation skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with suppliers Knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite Ability to analyze data and market trends Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in English and fluent in Italian Willingness to travel Be part of our ZF team as Program Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) and apply now Contact What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?
