You will be acting for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and physical repair of hardware components critical for mission-critical platforms.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Lifecycle :diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware.Incident Management : Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures.Safety & Operations : maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation / moving.Continuous Learning : engage in specialized training to master cloud infrastructure components.Key Requirements : Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission-critical infrastructure.Ability to work 100% onsite.Nice to Have : Basic knowledge of Linux and Network Protocols.English and Italian#J-18808-Ljbffr
