What You Will Do (key Responsibilities)You will be supporting the Brand Manager responsible for International Brands (Tuborg, Grimbergen, Blanc, Carlsberg, Brooklyn Brewery, Garage) to ensure their profitable development.Supporting the Brand strategy, Equity and P&L developmentImplement solid brand plans (ATL,BTL activities) to support profitable growth for the company, and cooperate with Trade Marketing team to ensure execution in sales channelsSupport development and implement brand communication & activation programs, promotions, sponsorships with relevant agencies & partners;Support innovation initiatives for the brand, implement packaging development process with involved functions;Supporting the brand planning process, linked to the overall business planning working closely with sales, finance, supply chain & HQ, preparation of Regional meetings;Support the Brand Manager in the daily budgeting activitiesResponsible for reporting on sell in/out/consumer data & financial information using Circana-IRI/Nielsen to the rest of the team, sales & management;What We Are Looking ForYou are constantly looking for new opportunities, open and curious towards innovation and, at the same time, you have a solid analytical background that allows you to be consistent in decision-making processes and to follow, improve or create processes and workflows with good project management skills.You have good interpersonal skills that support you work in a team and communicate effectively at different organizational levels, implementing active listening, oriented towards achieving the overall result.Taste and knowledge of the beer product are a benefit.You have an MSc in Marketing Management or similar qualification.Experience in a similar role: 1-2 years.Fluent in English and ItalianProven experience in data analysis and reporting within FMCG or similar industriesHands-on experience with Circana-IRI and Nielsen tools is essentialStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsExcellent in MS Office.Preferably EU citizenWhat You Can ExpectYou will be part of a motivated team, fully focused on achieving results.You will be exposed to learning opportunities, formal and on the job, with the support of Managers and colleagues.We offer an informal work culture with enthusiastic colleagues.We are proud to work for a company with an innovative sustainability strategy - you will join the Together Towards Zero and Beyond journeyWe work as a team locally and globally, we align ourselves to ensure full transparency of what we do, we take responsibility for our deliverables, we act at high speed and we prioritize.Type of contract: local contract.Workplace: Milano (Italy)#J-18808-Ljbffr
