TorinoEUR 50.000 - 70.0007 giorni faJoin to apply for the Zone Manager Sales NSC Parts&Services (ref.597) role at StellantisMission To ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Distrigo Hub within their assigned area.Main Responsibilities Organize regular meetings with the Distrigo Hub managersMonitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors activities, etc.Analyze the business KPIs of the Hub: Sell out by channel, product stock, profitability, etc.Drive forward the Annual General Commercial PolicySupport Distrigo Hub in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Hub effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the NSCGrant consistency between the sell in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stockNegotiate with the Distrigo Hub the product sell-in (e.g. product mix, commercial policy, sell in & out action)Drive forward Sell Out Channel Authorized & Independent Repair & B2BMonitor Quality KPIDrive the Distrigo HUB forward in their Field Force and Call Center activityWork with the Distrigo Hub in their operational marketing actionsIdentify the Distrigo Hub needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to fully maximize market share.Profile Strong sales and analysis orientationExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skillsEnergy, determination and stress managementExcellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS ExcelGood knowledge of the English language.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.
