Our client, a global group of energy and petrochemical companies, is seeking a Hub Logistic Bulk & Pack Scheduler to manage the day-to-day activities related to fleet and road safety management, drivers’, and subcontractor management coordinating transport scheduling for outbound deliveries.
Location: Cisliano (MI)
As one of our Intern, you’ll experience:
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with shipping operations controlling the movements of trailers for Bulk and Pack (delivered and pick-ups), in cooperation with planning, logistics and production.
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and instituting corrective actions to support Hub KPIs (example OTIF, Customer Satisfaction, Supplier Contract adherence performance, POD, complaints)
- Contribute to the efficiency of Logistics Transport operations related to Contract, Fleet and Drivers management.
- Provide support for the development and maintenance of the logistics tools necessary to manage daily operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and participates in Integrated Business Value initiatives and Cost Saving activities.
- Responsible to monitor and control Extra cost associated with managed deliveries.
What’s Needed?
- Good English & Italian understanding, speaking and writing skills
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Organizational abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Minimum level of Education: Degree in Economic or engineering
