Randstad Italia is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive assistant to support the daily operations of the General Services and Administrative Department for one of our clients, a Chinese multinational telecom company based in Milan.This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach.This is an outsourcing contract managed by Randstad Italia SpA. Please apply only if you are open to this specific contractual arrangement.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Payments: Managing the end-to-end procurement process (purchase orders, tracking, payments) and supplier relationships.Asset & Inventory Management: Overseeing the full lifecycle of company assets and office materials, including tracking, allocation, storage, and managing deliveries/returns (onboarding/offboarding).Expatriate Support: Providing administrative and logistical assistance to expatriate employees for their relocation (documentation, housing search).Administrative Support: Assisting the Office Manager with daily tasks and supporting the logistics department with non-EU shipments.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in administrative roles, preferably in asset management, payments, or relocation services.Fluency in Italian, English and Chinese.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact with individuals at all levels.Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory management, and asset tracking systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to solve problems efficiently and proactively.Why Join us?This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated administrative professional to join a dynamic team within a leading global company.
