Principali responsabilità: Gestire le richieste dei clienti tramite telefono, email e chatFornire informazioni sui prodotti, assistenza tecnica e risoluzione dei problemiOffrire un servizio clienti eccellente, garantendo una customer experience positivaSeguire le richieste dei clienti e gestire eventuali escalationSupporto alle vendite: Fornire assistenza alle vendite inbound e promuovere i prodotti per aumentare i ricavi, garantendo la massima soddisfazione del clienteObiettivi di vendita: Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita stabiliti su base trimestrale, assicurando un'esperienza cliente di alto livello Italiano fluente (livello C1/C2) Trasferimento in Portogallo obbligatorio Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (livello C1) Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e relazionali Disponibilità a spostarsi all’interno del Portogallo Informazioni aggiuntive: Esperienza pregressa nel customer service è un plus, ma non obbligatoria Salario competitivo con incentivi basati sulle prestazioni️ Pacchetto di trasferimento per supportarti nel tuo trasferimento in PortogalloFormazione completa fornita per garantirti una preparazione eccellenteOpportunità di crescita professionale in un ambiente internazionale #J-18808-Ljbffr
