Per azienda cliente siamo alla ricerca di un/a Accounting Specialist per ampliamento del team AFC presso gli uffici di Milano.ResponsabilitàGestione autonoma e supporto alle attività contabili ordinarie (ciclo attivo e passivo, tesoreria, riconciliazioni, scritture di assestamento);Supporto alla chiusura mensile e annuale;Supporto alla predisposizione del bilancio civilistico;Interfaccia con i consulenti esterni (commercialista, revisore, consulente del lavoro);Revisione e miglioramento dei processi amministrativi;Collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali per garantire coerenza tra contabili, operativi e di controllo.RequisitiLaurea in Economia;2-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa in contabilità;Esperienza o esposizione a contesti aziendali in crescita o in trasformazione, in cui richiesto spirito di adattamento, autonomia e flessibilità;Solide competenze di bilancio e buona conoscenza della normativa civilistica e fiscale;Eccellente padronanza di Excel;Mentalità pragmatica, proattività e capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e in crescita;Interesse ad ambire a ruoli di maggiore responsabilità in ottica di crescita interna.
