In this role, you will oversee the development, day-to-day operational maintenance, and first / second-level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.What you will doPerform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles / users, training courses, and performance processes);Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities;Ensure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring;Create, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements;Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms);Provide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality;Maintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes.WHO you areDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field;At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment;Good knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus;Understand of core HR processes is considered a plus;Fluency in English, both written and spoken;Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on supporting employees and HR users in the effective use of HR digital tools.What you will find – A place where you can growDistributed leadership encouraging a “can do” attitude;Global and multicultural environment;Continuous learning approach;International cross functional teams.We promote and support an inclusive culture, encouraging workforce diversity.
