Descrizione del ruolo Inserita nell’Ufficio Programmazione di magazzino, all’interno del Group Procurement Department, la risorsa si occuperà della gestione degli ordini diretti ai fornitori, in coordinamento con l’Ufficio Acquisti e in collaborazione con il magazzino. Supporterà i colleghi nel gestire la programmazione dei flussi di entrata merce, nonché il controllo e la gestione delle scorte, al fine di minimizzare i rischi ed i costi di magazzino con l’obiettivo di ottenere una miglior efficienza complessiva. È previsto un contratto a tempo determinato.Principali attività emissione ordini merci in base alle condizioni dei contratti quadro di fornitura stipulati dall'Ufficio Acquisti gestione delle scorte: controllo della giacenze e loro reintegro in base al reale fabbisogno, tenuto conto dei KPI definiti dalla direzione Supply Chain analisi continua e proattiva dei KPI della logistica (tasso di rotazione per prodotto/categoria, inevasi, completezza di ordini inbound ed outbound) supervisione e supporto all’attività inventariale Requisitidiploma e/o laureaindispensabile esperienza pregressa, anche breve, nel ruoloottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office; gradita conoscenza di SAPconoscenza solida di analisi dei datibuona conoscenza della lingua inglese
