The company designs, develops, integrates, and qualifies high-performance small satellite platforms and related space technologies. The role offers hands-on involvement in challenging satellite missions and a collaborative, innovative work environment.Role OverviewYou will take technical responsibility for system-level activities across small satellite projects. This includes coordination with program managers, subsystem engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful design, development, and qualification of spacecraft.Key ResponsibilitiesLead system engineering activities for small satellite missionsGenerate and manage system engineering plans, design and development plans, and verification plansDefine and manage technical requirements and specificationsPrepare technical documentation for internal and customer reviewsReview technical documentation for systems and subsystemsSupport Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT), Assembly, Integration & Verification (AIV), and qualification activitiesCoordinate with multidisciplinary and international teams on day-to-day project execution RequirementsMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering5+ years' experience in small satellite system design, development, and qualificationHands-on, proactive approach and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentStrong understanding of satellite architecture and design principlesExperience managing industrial activities, including technical reviewsKnowledge of aerospace system standards (ECSS, MIL, NASA STD)Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage) Desirable SkillsFamiliarity with ground segment operationsExperience with requirements management toolsPrevious work with international or multidisciplinary teams What's OfferedExposure to innovative satellite missions and cutting-edge technologiesFlexible working schedule and hybrid work optionsProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesSupportive and diverse work culture, including team-building and extra-curricular activitiesCompetitive compensation aligned with experienceThis is a hands-on, senior-level role within a collaborative engineering team.
