Per una delle principali digital company italiane, parte di un grande Gruppo multiutility, ricerchiamo un/una Product Offering Specialist (TELCO / ICT). La persona contribuirà alla definizione e all’evoluzione del portafoglio offerte a supporto della forza vendita, con forte orientamento al mercato e all’ottimizzazione del pricing.Inserita nell’area Marketing & Business Development, la figura presidierà l’intero ciclo di vita delle offerte (bundle e servizi a catalogo) collaborando con pre-sales e sales per massimizzare time-to-market e posizionamento competitivo.Attività principaliSupportare l'area Sales e Pre-Sales nella definizione delle offerte commerciali.Effettuare benchmark di mercato e dei competitor su offerte e bundle per identificare posizionamento e opportunità.Definire e aggiornare pricing e promozioni, assicurando coerenza con la strategia commerciale.Redigere e mantenere la documentazione commerciale lettere promozionali e materiale a supporto della vendita.Gestire la Carta dei Servizi, condizioni generali di contratto e trasparenza tecnica, coordinando gli stakeholder interni.Collaborare con l’ufficio normativo per le comunicazioni verso AGCOM e l’adeguamento regolatorio.Lavorare con i team pre-sales e sales per revisione, aggiornamento e implementazione dei servizi a catalogo.Requisiti richiesti2–3 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini (Product Offering / Marketing di Prodotto / Pricing), preferibilmente nei settori TELCO/ICT.Conoscenza di gestionali per le vendite e il marketing, preferibilmente Salesforce.Capacità di eseguire analisi competitiva, costruzione business case base e definizione prezzi/offerte.Familiarità con processi di governance documentale e compliance commerciale/regolatoria.Requisiti preferenzialiLaurea in discipline economiche o ingegneristiche.Esperienza in aziende con portafogli offerte complessi (bundle, servizi ricorrenti) e interazione con funzioni regolatorie.Conoscenza base di metriche commerciali (ARPU, churn, marginalità) e tecniche di A/B testing (tipiche del ruolo).Completano il profilo curiosità, orientamento al risultato, autonomia operativa, attenzione al dettaglio e attitudine alla collaborazione trasversale.Sede e modalità di lavoro: Modena o Imola, in modalità ibrida.EgoValeo è tra i pionieri dell’head hunting tecnico in Italia, specializzata esclusivamente in profili IT e Engineering dal 2010.EgoValeo offre servizi di ricerca e selezione del personale – Aut.
