The employee will report directly to the Accounting Manager of the property and will work in a fast paced environment.Main duties and responsibilitiesCollaborate daily with every department in order to organize purchasingDaily control on Purchase Oder vs Invoice before to input into the system and also fiscally items quantity control.Recording supplier’s and corporate’s invoices and verify billing inputControl Electronical support system to download purchase invoicesCodes invoices to proper General Ledger
