What You Will Do As Project Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing governance solutions in project management to ensure full alignment with the organizational framework, policies, and procedures in the IT Business Delivery Model, and to enhance overall project execution in the DT area. In this role, you will supervise local and overseas IT initiatives to guarantee sustainability, monitoring, and reporting of project planning, execution, and closing within scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders, including System integrators and PMs, to ensure regular communication throughout the program lifecycle. Coordinate activities across multiple project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration among internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project delivery. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks, ensuring stakeholders and senior management are informed according to the DT Governance Model. Conduct project reviews and maintain status updates, dashboards, and reports; keep documentation up to date. Support identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program progress against milestones and deliverables.What You Need To Succeed Must HaveEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Professional experience: 3–7 years of proven experience managing projects. Language: English at least at an Intermediate level, both written and spoken. Technical skills: Budgeting and cost control; analytical and reporting skills; strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Soft skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively; strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; strategic thinking and planning; leadership and team management; risk and change management; stakeholder engagement; time management.Nice to HavePMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
