L’Industrializzatore Pellami funge da collegamento tra stile, modelleria, acquisti e produzione.Responsabilità principaliAnalizzare e industrializzare i pellami selezionati per le collezioni calzatureVerificare la fattibilità produttiva dei materiali in collaborazione con stile e modelleriaDefinire e ottimizzare cicli di lavorazione, trattamenti e processi produttivi dei pellamiCollaborare con fornitori per lo sviluppo e la messa a punto dei materialiSupportare la fase di campionatura e di avvio produzioneMonitorare qualità, resa e conformità dei pellami durante la produzioneGestire problematiche tecniche legate ai materiali e proporre soluzioni migliorativeRedigere e aggiornare schede tecniche e documentazione di industrializzazioneContribuire all’ottimizzazione di costi e tempi, nel rispetto degli standard aziendaliRequisitiEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Industrializzatore Pellami o ruoli affini nel settore calzatureOttima conoscenza dei pellami, delle loro caratteristiche e dei relativi processi di lavorazioneConoscenza delle fasi di produzione della calzaturaCapacità di interfacciarsi con fornitori e reparti interniAttitudine all’analisi tecnica e alla risoluzione dei problemiBuona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, sistemi gestionali, PLM)Precisione, flessibilità e orientamento al risultato#J-18808-Ljbffr
