The Marketing Specialist will support initiatives that increase awareness adoption and differentiation of our therapies contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes and enhancing healthcare provider engagement.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the Kidney Care portfolio ensuring alignment with Vantives business goals.Develop impactful content (digital print educational) tailored to healthcare professionals, patients and other stakeholders.Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer needs; provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns analyzing performance metrics to optimize future initiatives and ensure maximum ROI.Partner with sales, clinical, regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows and webinars to promote Vantives products and services.Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC and social media strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.Support the management and tracking of the local marketing budget for Kidney Care in the assigned country.RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Fluent English and Italian.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques including social media, email marketing and content management systems.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into insights and actions.Strong project management skills able to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Reasonable AccommodationVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
