Trasformiamo le sfide tecnologiche in opportunità, creando strategie su misura, scalabili e orientate alla performance.Innovazione e sostenibilità sono al centro della nostra missione per generare valore duraturo nell’era digitale.Posizioni aperteSiamo alla ricerca di due Technical Project Manager (Junior e Senior) da inserire su progetti in ambito:Finance & BankingFintechRetail, Fashion & LuxuryLa modalità di lavoro è ibrida (Milano + flessibilità remote).Cerchiamo professionisti con una solida base tecnica e capacità di coordinare progetti complessi, interfacciandosi con stakeholder business e team di sviluppo.Mansioni principaliGestione end-to-end del ciclo di vita del progetto (planning, delivery, reporting)Coordinamento di team tecnici (developer, QA, DevOps, architect)Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti, traduzione in specifiche funzionali e tecnicheMonitoraggio avanzamento, gestione timeline, rischi e dipendenzePreparazione documentazione, roadmap, SAL, KPICollaborazione con stakeholder business e ITSupporto nella definizione della soluzione tecnica insieme ai team engineeringGestione vendor, fornitori e partner esterniContributo all’adozione di metodologie Agile e best practice di project governanceRequisiti (comuni)Background tecnico (Informatica, Ingegneria o esperienza equivalente)Conoscenza di metodologie Agile (Scrum, Kanban)Capacità di comprendere architetture software, API, microservizi e cloudOttime capacità comunicative e organizzativeBuona conoscenza dell’inglese (B2+)Requisiti Junior (3+ anni exp)Esperienza come PM / PMO / Business Analyst in progetti ITConoscenza operativa di strumenti come Jira, Confluence, MS ProjectAttitudine a lavorare in team cross-funzionali e a gestire piccole/medie progettualitàPreferibile esperienza in uno dei settori: Banking, Fintech, Retail, FashionRequisiti Senior (5+ anni exp)Esperienza consolidata nella gestione autonoma di progetti complessi o multi-teamCapacità di definire governance, roadmap, budget e KPI progettualiForte competenza tecnica a supporto del team (API, cloud, integrazioni, architetture)Esperienza diretta su progettualità Banking/Finance o FintechCapacità di mentorship e leadership del team progettualeNice-to-haveCertificazioni: PMP, Prince2, Scrum MasterConoscenza normative: PSD2, KYC/AML, GDPREsperienza con CRM, ERP, sistemi di pagamento o piattaforme omnichannel
