Business Development Specialist

Evidilya , the dedicated Contract Research Organization of SPRIM Health Group, is a full-service CRO with international expertise in designing and managing observational, pre-clinical and clinical studies in the Food & Nutrition, Pharma and MedTech/Medical Device industries.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Milan.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the lead generation process, establish first contact with prospective clients and organize introductory meetings to present Evidilya
  • Perform market analysis, keep up to date with market trends and monitor competitors’ strategies
  • Take part in all stages of the new client acquisition process: from attending first meetings with prospective clients to collect data and needs, to supporting the development of proposals (presentations, agreements, etc.), through to finalizing the collaboration
  • Support the business development and sales strategy
  • Manage and update the Evidilya CRM, producing reports on the status of the client acquisition pipeline
  • Work closely with the Design & Tech and Marketing departments to develop DEM campaigns

Required skills

  • Scientific degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical or Natural Sciences)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or the CRO sector
  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Strategic and innovative mindset
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach

  • RAL range: € 26.000 – 30.000, commensurate with experience
