Read the full description before applying.Overview Our client is an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands expanding rapidly. They seek ambitious, multilingual Beauty Sales Closers to drive B2B sales across multiple territories worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct B2B prospecting across assigned territory (cold calling, outreach, LinkedIn, email).Present and pitch skincare brands to beauty retailers, pharmacies, clinics, boutique owners, and distributors.Negotiate pricing and wholesale orders with buyers.Follow up actively and professionally to close deals.Maintain a clean and accurate CRM record of all activity.Build and nurture strong relationships with retail decision-makers.Provide weekly updates on pipeline, conversations, and deal progress.Suggest market insights, trends, and opportunities to shape strategy.Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all communications.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperienced in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, pharmaceuticals, or related industries).Confident speaking with retail buyers and distributors.Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and relationship-building.Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Korean, etc.) are a major advantage.Comfortable working commission‑only until targets are achieved.Self‑motivated, resilient, resourceful, and target‑driven.Able to work independently in a remote setting.Benefits & OfferHigh, uncapped commission per wholesale order.Territory ownership (allocated based on language, location, or experience).Full flexibility on hours and ability to work from anywhere.Pathway to base salary + commission after hitting agreed targets within 3‑6 months.Long‑term opportunity to grow with an international beauty distributor.Access to premium, sought‑after, innovative Korean skincare brands.Support from internal CRM & marketing automation systems, producing warm leads.Potential for in‑person meetings and trade show representation (optional).Application Process Applications must include: CV, short cover letter, answers to the 5 questions, compensation expectations, availability, and answers to the following questions:What territories do you have experience selling into (if any)?Do you have existing contacts in the beauty/skincare sector?Are you confident and experienced in cold calling retail buyers and closing?Are you fluent in any additional languages?
