VIT is seeking a SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST for our Parma officeVIT is a Destination Management Company (DMC) with over 28 years of experience in international markets.VIT specializes in travel experiences across Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Our clients are international travel agents and we operate in the Premium and Luxury segments as part of prestigious networks including Traveller Made, XO Private, Internova, and Signature. We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated candidate passionate about travel and tourism, with a strong background in marketing. Parma, Italy 40 hours per week / No remote workingDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote VIT's services to international travel agentsCreate engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materialsSupport the sales team in lead generation and client relationship managementCoordinate participation in travel trade shows and industry eventsAnalyze market trends and competitor activitiesMonitor and report on marketing campaign performanceCollaborate with the team to enhance VIT's brand presence in international marketsBackground in marketing and tourismFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Experience with CRM systems is preferredCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesEmployment contractNo relocation
