Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the role Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks and operations at the Pool Bar and at Anciovi. You will oversee the preparation of beverages for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality in every drink while following recipe cards and established production, portion and presentation standards. You will complete mise en place and set up the bar stations for service, always maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment as per HACCP, correctly dating all products and ensuring all perishables are kept at proper temperatures. You will check pars and assist in setting up plans and actions to control beverage waste, while supporting, developing and mentoring the bar team to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service and beverage excellence consistently. What you will do Participates in the preparation of cocktails, mixed beverages, soft drinks and coffees according to guest orders, maintaining consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as portion and presentation standards; complete mise en place and set up the Pool Bar and Anciovi bar stations for lunch and/or dinner service. Interact directly with guests, offering personalized recommendations, answering questions and ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience. Monitor stock levels, oversee requisitions and ensure proper storage and rotation of beverages and bar supplies. Train, motivate and supervise the work of bar employees, ensuring that all cultural and core standards are met across both outlets. Help create a welcoming, energetic and service-focused environment across both outlets, supporting a strong team culture. Operate, maintain and properly clean bar equipment, including blenders, shakers, juicers, ice machines, coffee machines, glass washers, and all tools used in beverage preparation. This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
