3D Artist – Visual Database

CAE SERVICE ITALIA S.r.l. CAE Services Italia is a division of CAE Inc., which falls into the D&S division. Its mission is to provide support and maintenance services in the training centers available in Italy. The main operational headquarters is in Sesto Calende, where it provides its services to Rotorsim. CAE Inc.: Rotorsim: Main Activities: The Visual Database / Visual Terrain Designer Technician will be responsible for working closely with our internal client, providing updates on potential issues, progress on development, potential revisions, and the implementation of new Visual Databases and / or updates to existing ones. Demonstrate the features and functions of the visual model to internal and external client Develop 3D visual models and animated special effects with high accuracy Conduct validations to maintain quality standards, testing, and integration of visual models Ensure timely delivery and adherence to assigned budgets for each model within the overall visual project Assess and refine geographic data to ensure visual content meets training requirements, using industry-standard software Deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budget, meeting client expectations while following workflows and technical processes Test outputs within the helicopter simulator, depending on availability of the simulator, therefore some night shift for this activity would occasionally be required too. Requirements: Software: Photoshop 3D Modelling tools (e.g. 3DS Max, Blender)* 3–5 years of relevant experience required. *The 3D modeling tool used in this role, Presagis Creator, is a proprietary CAE application and an industry standard in the flight simulation domain.
