Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and coordination of scientific and educational events.
* Assist with participant registration management and communications.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and transfers.
* Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams.
* Liaise with faculty members, attendees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Assist in the preparation of event-related documentation and materials.
* Support project execution while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met..Preferred Qualifications* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Availability to travel when required.
