Who You’ll Work With You’ll join the Market Reputation team for Italy and Greece, part of the broader Southern Europe and EMEA Marketing network. You’ll collaborate closely with senior marketing colleagues, office leadership, and other cross-functional teams across Bain to bring high-impact marketing programs to life. Where You’ll Fit Within the Team As a Specialist based in Milan, you’ll support efforts to strengthen Bain’s reputation in the Italian and Greek markets. Working in close partnership with senior stakeholders, you’ll help increase our visibility among top business audiences and position Bain as the partner of choice for ambitious leaders and top talent. What You’ll Do Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications programs across channels and audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders and content teams to localize Bain IP, create relevant assets, and develop promotional strategies. Manage internal communications for the Italian and Greek offices, and coordinate alumni engagement activities. Contribute to digital campaign execution, content publishing, and social media calendar management. Support the delivery of executive-level events, from concept through execution. Liaise with PR agencies and local teams to amplify media visibility and thought leadership. Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance to guide improvements. Partner across the global marketing ecosystem to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency. Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance how we market Bain’s impact. About You Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field. 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Communications, ideally within consulting, agencies, or B2B environments. Native Italian speaker with professional fluency in English (C1+); Greek language skills are a plus. Strong background in content creation, editing, and proofreading. Experience in managing social media platforms and coordinating events. Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines. Confident working in international, cross-functional teams. Data-literate and comfortable tracking and interpreting KPIs to inform strategy. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Milan office.
