You’ll work with a highly collaborative team of learning and performance professionals to build the skills of our programmatic support specialists and managers. Our team is committed to creating dynamic, engaging, effective learning content that scales and generates results—while having fun and learning from each other.Key job responsibilitiesWork backwards from agency customers and with business stakeholders to identify needs for learning interventionsDesign innovative learning solutions that focus on behavioral outcomesDevelop sophisticated learning content using advanced multimedia toolsProactively identify performance gaps and propose learning interventionsContribute to process change to eliminate the need for learning interventionsShare expertise in eLearning and Instructional Design with more junior team membersAbout the teamAdvertiser Support provides robust customer services for advertisers ranging from small business owners to deeply experienced traders at large global ad agencies. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
