Client Advisor – Mercer Marsh Benefits– Rome, ItalyMarsh is looking for a talented candidate to join ourMercer Marsh Benefitsteam as a Client Advisor based in the Rome office. The role is part of an employee benefits consultancy and insurance brokerage that helps clients worldwide manage people risks and cost complexity.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day communication with clients and support colleagues.Complete billing and transactional tasks, liaise between senior professionals and business accounts, and handle daily client‑management activities to ensure satisfaction and compliance.Manage a portfolio of clients, including large, complex, and multinational accounts.Maintain direct relationships with clients for the management of employee benefits and insurance solutions.Interface closely with client executives to deliver on client needs.Develop fluency in the Company’s product offerings and explore expanded business opportunities on the assigned portfolio.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in insurance, preferably in client‑facing roles with Employee Health & Benefits solutions.Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.A strong results‑orientation, client focus, and interpersonal skill set.Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently or within a team.BenefitsStrong brand and performance‑driven culture.Opportunities to work on international deals.Attractive benefits coverage, learning programs, mentoring, and industry networking.Participation in events and conferences representing the Company.About Marsh Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
