As a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Training Analyst, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, and planning expertise to work alongside thought leaders in maritime operations, command and control (C2), operational planning, and cross-echelon analysis on projects. You’ll use your skills and expertise to support analyze, assess, and synchronize operational workflows and training.
Work with us to evaluate and refine MOC processes, command and control (C2) structures, and training readiness standards to ensure seamless integration during multi-national exercises and real-world contingencies in the European and African theaters.

You Have
- Experience with supporting military planning at theater, operational, or tactical levels
- Experience leading joint planning teams, operational planning teams, and battle rhythm events
- Experience with military headquarters staff elements
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Maritime Operational Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy organization and structure, including Fleet Operations and emerging concepts
- Knowledge of naval and joint doctrine, including Maritime Operations Center (MOC) processes
- Ability to coordinate across staff functions and command echelons
- Ability to brief senior-level customers, including flag officers
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Completion of the Maritime Operational Planners Course
- Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 and 2, Joint Advanced Warfighting School, Maritime Advanced Warfighting School, School of Advanced Warfighting, School of Advanced Military Studies, or NATO Comprehensive Operations Planning Course
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
