Accept the challenge and join usWe are looking for a Store Manager who will guide the team of a new store opening in Bologna .In your role, reporting directly to the Area Manager with whom you will work closely, you will have the responsibility to:accompany, guide and support the team daily, maintaining a high level of customer servicemonitor sales data and define the right strategies to reach objectivesensure together with the team the best shopping experience for our customers, maximizing products and servicesensure the store’s care and compliance with company policies and procedurescare for the growth and professional development of the team through constant feedback and trainingWe are looking for you.You have at least 3/4 years of experience as a Store ManagerYou are an empathetic person, used to working in a team in a dynamic and stimulating environmentYou are passionate about your work, you love putting the customer at the center and challenges do not frighten youYou possess solid commercial and managerial skills, you know and can analyze and manage the main retail KPIsYou know and use daily the main IT tools and the Office packageYou hold a university degree or a high school diploma; it is preferred to have the license to exercise the auxiliary optical artWe look forward to you.Inside our stores and organization, you will find a welcoming and stimulating working environment characterized by interesting development opportunities.
