Growth & Partnerships Manager – Europe Flexible within Europe Travel: Frequent European travel We’re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion across key European markets. If you thrive on building meaningful partnerships, opening new doors, and driving market success across borders, this role offers the perfect blend of strategy, impact, and international reach. As our Growth & Partnerships Manager, you will shape and execute our European go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, establishing distributor networks, and forming long-term commercial relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to accelerate our presence across Europe and lay the foundation for sustainable, scalable growth. Develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies across multiple European markets within medtech (Imaging is a massive bonus). Identify, negotiate, and onboard strong distributor and channel partners . Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, key accounts, and strategic partners. Drive commercial expansion through tight collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams. Represent the company at key events, conferences, and partner meetings across Europe. Act as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment, performance, and shared success. Proven track record in European go-to-market execution, ideally across multiple countries. Experience establishing and managing distributors, channel partners, or regional partnerships . Natural relationship-builder with a personable, energetic approach and the ability to open even the toughest doors. Fluency in English plus at least one other European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, or similar). Comfortable with regular European travel . A central role in driving European growth for an ambitious company. ~ A collaborative, international environment with plenty of cross-functional support. ~ Exciting opportunities for travel and relationship-building across Europe. ~
