You’ll collaborate closely with Travel Advisors, Advisor Support, and the broader team to provide quality assurance, documentation support, and ensure itinerary accuracy.You WillProject & Document ManagementCollaborate with Res and Support teams to create, organize, and maintain easy‑access content and reference documents (dining guides, pricing reference sheets, etc.)Assist in developing and executing a pre‑travel protocol on bookings to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a seamless backend operationTake on projects from leadership as needed to support the European Specialist TeamQuality Check & AuditAssist with final adjustments to bookings and complete quality checks (Q/C) against all confirmations in the Admin system.Ensure all hotel proformas are aligned with the correct pricing entered in the database.Audit bookings to ensure each one has a
