Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist Department: TA & Employer Branding Dept Location: IT, IT We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist> to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in HR or recruitment, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Onboarding Coordination Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including entering data into HR systems, preparing documentation, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Act as the main point of contact for new joiners, providing clear communication and support throughout their onboarding journey. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Line Managers, Facilities, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare and deliver onboarding communications and materials. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support the full recruitment cycle for intern and entry-level positions: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Intern & Administrative Management Oversee administrative processes related to interns and contingents, including contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding. Monitor and track invoices, costs, and budgets related to recruitment activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting & Analysis Collect and analyze data on recruitment and onboarding effectiveness; prepare reports for management. 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of SAP Success Factors considered a plus Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
