As a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, you will join client teams to develop models, perform complex analyses, and contribute as a core problem-solver on research-driven engagements. You’ll work both from the office and at client sites, with training to sharpen essential consulting concepts. You collaborate with experienced colleagues to help clients address their most important issues and grow your own capabilities. This role offers a meaningful path to impact through hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilità develop models and conduct complex analyses

Requisiti fondamentali 2–4 years’ experience in strategic consultancy
Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
Italian and English proficiency (C1-C2)
