This role plays a key part in enabling the sales organization to perform at its best by providing tools, performance tracking, and strategic analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support sales performance tracking.Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Manage and enrich customer databases to improve segmentation, targeting and opportunities mapping.Provide analytical support to the Sales team, enabling more effective planning and execution.Support sales team to create insights and actions for customer meeting.Being the point of contact for KAM & NAM for all data points.Collaborate with the LAR team to support the development of strategic sales plans and forecast.Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.Being responsible for the data system changes with our external provider.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Experience with sales data, performance metrics, and customer analytics.Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate insights clearly.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.Based in Italy (Milan)Employment TypePermanent Contract – Full timeMars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
