We provide a marketplace ecosystem in which Asset Managers and Distributors have access and operate across a dozen different countries in Europe and Asia.We are based on solid human relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.Certainly, together we make fund distribution easier.Duties and responsibilitiesAs part of the Legal team, the Legal Advisor shares responsibility with the other members of the team for the business aspects of Fund Channel SA and for the regulatory and legislative monitoring applicable to the activities of both entities.Business aspects of Fund Channel SA:In charge of drafting and negotiating agreements with asset managers and distributor clients (agreements, amendments, notifications, etc.), which involves analyzing the legal and organizational specifics of the counterparties, drafting contractual documents in compliance with Amundi Group standards and applicable local regulations.Monitoring regulations and adapting the legal framework:Ongoing study and analysis of legislation, regulations and case lawIdentify and understand market practicesParticipate in drafting responses to requests from various internal departmentsHelping to adapt agreements to changes in legislation and regulationsContributing to the development and updating of a regulatory database and the distribution of educational information notes to employees#J-18808-Ljbffr
