Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce. About the Role At Skillvue, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will design and lead our marketing engine from day one. This role is highly impactful and very hands‑on: you will be responsible for building the strategies, systems, and initiatives that directly generate measurable pipelines for our enterprise sales organization. Your Responsibilities Create and Scale Our Marketing Motion Develop and own our digital growth ecosystem, defining and achieving goals for website traffic, demo requests, and conversion rates alongside the Growth team Launch our SEO efforts, content roadmap, and website optimization initiatives from zero Lead content creation across formats: blogs, guides, landing pages focused on converting prospects into qualified opportunities Build and expand webinars and events, managing end‑to‑end execution and revenue‑focused follow‑up Develop lifecycle campaigns and email programs that move leads effectively through the funnel Drive Revenue and Pipeline Design and operate true
