Each research area is assigned to a specific research center, of which there are twelve in total. Information regarding the research centers, their activities, and production is available at Workplace Description The Center on Sustainable Energy (SE) supports the development of devices and methods for generation, storage, and distribution of energy solutions at low environmental impact. This will be done in the perspective of energy sustainability, of systems and solutions that respect the environment and the quality of life, of solutions with a lower impact on health and on environmental pollution levels. The ground for the Center on “Sustainable Energy” is based on the Decarbonization targets, which will demand for more flexibility of the energy system, through new gas and power grids and using energy vectors and storage solutions, as enablers for the wide penetration of renewables. Within this strategic framework, inside Fondazione Bruno Kessler, the Center for Sustainable Energy is involved in activities that maximise the impact of research and innovation in different channels of knowledge, such as communication, dissemination and exploitation. Job Description
The purpose of FBK’s Tenure Track program is to offer high-level professionals the opportunity to pursue a structured career path to become tenured researchers contributing to the organisation's long-term strategy. Within this framework, FBK is seeking to fill the position with a dynamic, highly motivated, independent technologist in the field of Knowledge and Project Management. The position will focus on the strategic development and coordinated management of research and innovation projects and research&technology infrastructures. Working closely with the Center’s leadership, research units, laboratory managers and administrative services, the selected candidate will contribute to communication, dissemination, exploitation and project management both in projects and internal activities. The role will connect project development and funding opportunities with the effective use of research capabilities, knowledge valorisation and industrial collaboration. It will also support synergies with other research infrastructures and the Center’s participation in relevant national and European networks, programmes and strategic initiatives. Main Tasks: The successful candidate will work within the FBK-SE Center and her/his responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement knowledge management processes to capture, organise and share research outputs, expertise and lessons learned across the Center in compliance with FBK Corruption Prevention and Transparency Unit and ISO 9001;
* Support the dissemination, exploitation and valorisation of research results, in collaboration with researchers, industrial partners and FBK’s technology
