Art and Design Studios Assistant John Cabot University, a regionally accredited American liberal arts university in Rome, Italy, is seeking an Art and Design Studios Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of its Studio Art facilities.ResponsibilitiesOversee physical condition, security, and safety of the studios and offices.Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and other JCU staff to ensure supplies are available.Maintain facilities and equipment to best support the work of students and instructors.Assist students with technical queries related to their studio practice.QualificationsRecent graduate in Art and Design or equivalent professional experience in an art-related environment.Demonstrable practical skills and strong organizational abilities.Valid EU working documents in Italy (no visa sponsorship).Schedule & Contract Full-time (38 hours/week), fully on-site, one-year term contract with possibility of renewal.Work hours include afternoons/evenings and weekends: Tuesdays through Fridays until 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays until 7:00 p.m.Position will remain open until filled with priority given to applications received by December 8; ideal start date January 15, 2026.Application Process For the full list of requirements and responsibilities, please refer to your CV and Cover Letter (English only) to with subject line "Art and Design Studios Assistant".Job DetailsSeniority Level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Art/Creative and EducationIndustries: Higher EducationEEO Statement John Cabot University, a regionally accredited American university in Rome, Italy, is an equal opportunity employer.
