Part-time, 30 hours/week. Starting March 01, 2026, and ending after 3 years. The successful candidate will work as a pre-doctoral researcher on an FWF-funded project in applied microeconomics, actively developing a PhD dissertation, collecting and analyzing unique historical microdata, conducting advanced econometric analysis, and contributing to co-authored research papers. The position involves close collaboration with the project PIs at WU Vienna and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and integration into an international research network, including collaborators at Harvard University and Sciences Po.
