Description: Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is recruiting a Group Legal Counsel for a prominent global aviation group with operations across EMEA, USA, and APAC. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the group's legal function, mitigating risks, and ensuring cross-jurisdictional compliance. The role involves advising senior executives, managing a distributed legal team, and handling high-impact international contracts and corporate governance.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law. Required experience includes serving in a group legal counsel or senior in-house role, preferably in an international environment. Candidates should have solid expertise in corporate law and international contracts. Experience in the aviation or logistics sectors is highly advantageous.
