Altea Federation is looking for a young and motivated intern to join the team of one of its partners, specialized in an exclusive offer of online fitness & training, wellness, and nutrition services. It offers a unique method that combines technology and fitness to achieve concrete results in a short time through a mix of personalized techniques and practices. #We Want You We are looking for an intern who can learn the ropes of a Customer Care Specialist , with a good propensity for customer care and a strong curiosity towards business development prospects. Being able to write and communicate clearly and effectively is a good starting point, upon which to build and train the other skills typical of this profession. Specifically, the selected person will be mentored by a Senior figure who will show them the tools to use and the activities to manage, with the aim of integrating them into the team and progressively making them more autonomous in carrying out tasks. They will always be supported by the supervision of a manager and will have a direct line with the company owner, with whom they will work to build the development plan and the various initiatives that may arise over time. #TypicalWorkDay In your typical day, you might, for example, be involved in:

Collecting the owner's needs and briefs;
Collecting customer feedback and needs;
Writing copy for social posts and newsletters;
Building and sending newsletters, starting from Mailchimp templates;
Updating the customer contact database in Excel;
Creating graphics through Canva templates in various social formats (Instagram post/story, Facebook);
Managing content and relationships within the Facebook Community.

You are the person for us if:

You have a predisposition for written, spoken, and visual communication, in order to adapt content for distribution on web and social digital channels;
You have precision and attention to detail, especially in managing customer contacts and publishing communications;
You are flexible to work in a hybrid place (possibility of working remotely and/or in the office – Milan area).

The ability to seize commercial opportunities and fruitful collaborations for the company is a plus that we evaluate, as a possible future development of the role. Your pluses:

You are an empathetic person;
You have good listening skills;
You have a good knowledge of English.
