Working within our dynamic Institutional Relations team and reporting directly to the Institutional Relations Director, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the regulatory future of digital payments and financial services in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires frequent travel to Rome, Luxembourg, and Brussels. Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like:Strategic Support. Contribute to the operational planning and execution of Satispay’s public affairs and government relations strategy.Policy Analysis. Analyze and report on key legislative and regulatory developments impacting the FinTech sector at the national (Italy) and EU levels.Advocacy. Work with the team in implementing targeted strategies to effectively advocate for Satispay’s interests and positions with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and representative associations.Political Insight. Provide in‑depth analysis and strategic perspective in contributions to position papers, policy notes, and public consultations.EU Engagement. A general knowledge of European political mechanisms, including EU co‑decision procedures, is required, in order to strategically engage with institutions and representative associations in Brussels.Adaptation & Growth. Ability to work in a challenging and fast‑paced environment, characterized by constant evolution and the necessity for quick, yet coherent adaptation of public policy strategies.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life.
