As a Technical Lead Field Apps , you will play a key role in defining and realizing mobile applications for our fitters and field technicians working on next‑generation elevator control systems . You will combine technical leadership with agile backlog management to deliver innovative, high‑quality digital tools that empower field technicians to work more effectively and efficiently. Your Responsibilities Understand field technician needs , market opportunities, and technology trends to establish a product vision and strategy aligned with architecture and technology roadmap . Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align vision, translate strategy into roadmap , and create requirements, epics, and stories . Define user experience and work with software engineers , QA , and UI designers to bring product vision to reality and improve based on feedback and analytics . Manage development and sprint plans , refine backlogs , coordinate release schedules , and track risks and dependencies . Participate in all stages of the development process : planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment. Specify functional and non‑functional requirements , maintain requirement artifacts , and ensure consistency. Provide system knowledge to development and test engineers during implementation and validation. Support analysis of test and field findings .
