When the city slows down, excellence never sleepsAs Corinthia Rome approaches its opening, we are completing a leadership team that ensures our standards of luxury, care and precision are upheld - day and night .We are now looking for a Night Manager , a key leadership role responsible for overseeing hotel operations overnight and safeguarding the guest experience when the hotel transitions into its most discreet and intimate hours.The roleThe Night Manager represents the hotel during the night, acting as the primary point of leadership and decision-making, ensuring seamless operations, security and exceptional guest care until morning.Your impactOversee all hotel operations during the night shiftAct as the senior leader on duty, ensuring standards and procedures are upheldSupport Front Office and Night Audit activities with confidence and authorityHandle guest interactions and sensitive situations with discretion and professionalismEnsure safety, security and operational continuity overnightPrepare detailed handovers for the morning management teamWhat we are looking forPrevious experience as Night Manager, Night Auditor, preferably within luxury hotels Strong operational knowledge of luxury hospitality environments Confident decision-making and calm problem-solving skillsExcellent guest handling and communication abilitiesFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Availability to work night shiftsThe qualities that define youComposed and trustworthy leadershipStrong sense of responsibility and ownershipExceptional attention to detailA reassuring presence for both guests and team membersThis is an opportunity to play a vital role in an iconic hotel opening , leading with confidence behind the scenes and becoming part of an international luxury brand celebrated for elegance, discretion and heartfelt service .
