Research LeadCome Research Lead , entrerai a far parte della process area di Discovery, con il compito di guidare la ricerca e la validazione empirica di bisogni e ipotesi di valore, assicurando che ogni decisione di investimento in nuovi prodotti sia supportata da evidenze solide, in termini sia quantitativi che qualitativi.Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team multidisciplinari trasformando insight e dati in direzioni chiare, azionabili e misurabili. Avrai un ruolo chiave nel far crescere la maturità metodologica del team, diffondendo cultura di ricerca e decision‑making basato su evidenze.Cosa faraiDefinirai e implementerai il Research Plan per ogni iniziativa di Discovery, scegliendo metodi e strumenti più adatti al contesto.Mapperai ipotesi critiche e costruirai esperimenti e test per verificare desiderabilità, fattibilità e sostenibilità di iniziative di produzione.Condurrai o supervisionerai interviste, survey, test, analisi dati e esperimenti .Tradurrai i risultati dei test in Learning Report, Insight Sheet ed Evidence Pack chiari e azionabili.Supporterai la crescita metodologica del team, offrendo coaching, formazione e feedback.Curerai la Research Repository , garantendo tracciabilità, qualità e accessibilità delle evidenze.Cosa cerchiamoHai almeno 7 anni di esperienza in ricerca di prodotto in contesti SaaS B2B o B2C, preferibilmente in ambienti cross‑funzionali.Padroneggi approcci mixed-method , unendo ricerca qualitativa e quantitativa, sperimentazione e test d’ipotesi.Sei in grado di tradurre dati e insight in decisioni concrete , non solo di raccogliere informazioni.Hai esperienza con framework di Discovery (Design thinking, Lean, Agile).Medi efficacemente dati, persone e processi: sai quando esplorare e quando decidere.Cosa ci piacerebbe trovare in tePensiero critico e rigore metodologico : valuti fonti, ipotesi e dati con lucidità e curiosità.Capacità di storytelling analitico : sai sintetizzare insight complessi in messaggi chiari ed in sintesi efficaci.Spirito collaborativo e cross‑funzionale: lavori bene con gruppi di lavoro multidisciplinari e cross‑funzionali tra Prodotto, Tech e Business, influenzando decisioni in modo costruttivo.Orientamento all’impatto : ti concentri su ciò che genera risultati e apprendimento reale e convalidato.Capacità di mantenere direzione nell’incertezza : sai lavorare con metodo anche quando le informazioni sono parziali o in evoluzione.Abitudine a lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alto ritmo , con un approccio proattivo.Attitudine alla mentorship e alla crescita del team: diffondi cultura di ricerca e curiosità sperimentale.Se ti piace esplorare, fare domande e cercare risposte nei dati; se ami dare forma a decisioni partendo da contesti complessi - allora questa è la posizione giusta per te#J-18808-Ljbffr
